Are NBN installations continuing or on-hold at this time?
We're switching from BigPond HFC to Telstra NBN HFC. The hardware's arrived, and Telstra agreed they'd schedule an appointment this week for visit by the NBN technician. But - completely understandably of course - we've heard nothing from either Telstra or NBN. Does anyone have any practical experience in the last week or so; are appointments being scheduled, please?
Given everything is still working fine from a technology perspective, it's not urgent. In fact, it's only billing that's been screwed up (badly!) and there's no way to query it! Telstra is now simultaneously charging for a new Foxtel Platinum service and the existing bundle which includes Foxtel Platinum, or $130 a month :-(
