Automatic changing the plan

Hi there,

just receive the email about automatically changing the plan from 31 March 2021, and the upload speed will reduce from 40 to 20. Is there any chance I can keep my plan now? Cause the upload speed is too slow for me if u guys changing for me.

No. There is no way of keeping the same upload speeds (other than applying the Ultra Speedboost) as Telstra is changing to the NBN100 (100/20) tier.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
