Bad service

Anyone else having so much trouble getting issues resolved with telstra. Internet not working been trying for weeks to contact and no one messages back. You can't call as they are using covid as a poor excuse for bad service.

Hi @Stevemad111 

 

Using the messaging app you can type "Talk to a consultant" (keyword is "consultant") to get past what many customers find it does by going around in circles.

 

Also, You can mark the message as urgent by tapping on the icon in the top right of the message screen.

 

If no luck, then I suggest you file a formal complaint via https://tel.st/4amxg 

 

A complaints manager will be assigned in 5 business days to handle your issue (That was pre COVID, not sure of a time frame presently).

Someone keeps putting vegetables in my beer crisper :-(
