Hi,  I have the Premium NBN plan and avg 95 Mbps Down and 35 Mbps Up however today my upload speed is sitting at 5 Mbps. I have restarted my modem, gone through the online troubleshooting process where it tells me there is no issue.

We have a blue light on our modem and I can’t get it to change back to green. I’ve turned it off but this doesn’t seem to work.

There is no tech support available at the moment. Every time I call, I get text message to use live chat and agent redirect to download app. App message is not working.  I need tech support. Critical

Received an SMS on 12 Jun informing NBN will be connected with in 10 working days. Until today, I am still on ADSL. Trying to call but so far very dissapointed, talking to machine. Anyone know what I should do to check NBN connection status? Thanks.
