Belong internet stopped working
I have Belong internet at my home and it was woring fine since last 2 months. Since last night it has stopped working. The ECO light on the modem is RED.
Have tried switching off and on a couple of times.
Their Live chat doesnt seem to be available.
Have been on call since last 30 mins and noone seems to respond.
Is the the right place to ask and can anyone help? as Belong belongs to telstra.
Really need internet to work urgently.

Hi nehabedi, I'm afraid you will have to continue to try and get through to "Belong" directly. Your contract etc. is with them and not Telstra, so therefore it is up to Belong to address any issues for you I'm afraid.
How are you connected, is this an ADSL connection? Have you tried turning everything off for about five minutes then firing everything back up again.
It could be that there is a service disruption in your postcode area.
