My Big Pond Broadband Internet Usage is not showing on My Account.

Returns error - ""There was an error retrieving your details. Please try again later""
Have been getting this error message for a number of days.

I am not on NBN. Was automatically transferred over to the 500GB plan in March this year.

I have seen some posts relating to this but they are over 4 years old.
