Bigpond email settings

Hi, I need to know which bigpond email settings i use to set-up Scan to Email on my new multi function printer. My options are:

OFF

POP3 before SMTP

SMTP-AUTH.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sue89 

 

First you will need to identify which platform you are on. You can do this by logging into email.telstra.com

 

And seeing if what matches here - https://www.telstra.com.au/support/category/email/other/how-to-identify-what-platform-your-email-is-...

 

You can then find the platform specific setting for POP3 and SMTP here - https://www.telstra.com.au/support/category/email/set-up/imap-pop-and-smtp-information-for-manual-em...

Thanks but the first link won't work, so I'm unable to identify which platform I'm on.

It appears the link didn't generate. 

 

Are you able to go to email.telstra.com 

 

Than follow the rest of the steps.
