bill

Why is my Core Internet bill $5more than the last bill? Nothing has changed from my end.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: bill

You might have missed a Telstra email advising you of the plan change. To offset the increased cost, they might have blessed you with extra data. It has happened on a couple of my services (but I did get emails).

Re: bill

Received this email notification earlier this month.

'Due to the increasing cost of providing internet services in Australia, we've had to increase some of our prices. From 21 October 2021, the cost of your Unlimited Internet Plan for service xxxxxxxx@bigpond.com, will change from $90 to $95 a month.

To help with the transition, we'll give you a $5 credit for 6 months to cover the additional cost. If you change to another plan your credit will no longer apply'

Re: bill

Why are you asking “why” when you already possess correspondence explaining why?.

Re: bill

@Dowser  You might be confusing Mooky (who posted the email text) and Claudett01 (who asked the 'why').

Re: bill

Fair point Steve. I missed it when editing on my phone.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
