My internet and Foxtel service have continually dropped out over the past week (postcode 6009), trying to get help from this organization is virtually impossible. When trying to cancel my Foxtel service I am told to do this via the My Telstra app which doesn't work. Tomorrow I will be going to my local Telstra shop with my Telstra modem and Foxtel box and saying good riddance for ever. Aussie Broadband and Kayo now have a new customer.
