Blocking a website

We have a home broadband (cable) connection and are wanting to block specific websites from being accessed on all devices connected to it.

We have been in touch with Telstra about this, and they say that it costs money to block a website. This is ridiculous, especially when it can be done from within the Modem Settings, somehow.

Re: Blocking a website

Hey Mortiis,

Some modems do have a 'parental control'. For example the CG3100 has content filtering where you can place the websites that you don't want access to. What modem do you have with us? I can have a look and see if I can help Smiley Happy
