Blue Light on Telstra Gen 2 NBN Modem

Hello,

Ever since 3 days ago, my modem has switched to a blue light from a green. And because of Coronavirus the calls to service operators are taking forever. How do I get my NBN working as normal again?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Blue Light on Telstra Gen 2 NBN Modem

I'm having the same problem with my modem remaining in blue light mode for 3+ days. Not connected to NBN yet, so what's the answer?
