blue online light

Hey,

The internet stopped working approx 24hrs ago. All lights are green on my Telstra f@st modem except the blue online light.

Telstra call centre could not solve the problem. I have tried resetting it both on the modem and through my gateway with no luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

If its an ADSL connection it could be due to wrong Bigpond Username and password,

Log into the Gateway http://10.0.0.138, default password is, click on Broadband, enter your full bigpond primary email address and password.

I have the same issue but I’m unable to load the gateway link!
Any other ideas?

What device are you trying to log into the gateway with?. (Windows 10 PC, Android device, or IOS device)

Are you getting the Gateways login screen?
