I have just arranged for new connection of Home Broadband.

I have been advised that the technician will be calling between 22 Nov and 24 Nov.

my wife and I going away for a few days....back on Tuesday 27 Nov.

You are better of ringing Telstra sales on 133200 to arrange a rescheduling of Technicians appointment.
