Broadband network protection - proceed anyway

Answered

Network protection is blocking me from accessing a business site.  I have changed my account to lower protection.  Now the 'proceed anyway' button is appearing but when I click it, it does just stays on the Telstra page and does not proceed.  I have restarted the browser and the PC and tried three different browsers.
