Broadband Top up

What's going on?  I finally managed to get things restored (I thought) so that I can get three data top ups each year and thought everything was fine.  Now I've found out I've been debited for one top up (not received) and only have two left.  Telstra on line assistance has become a joke!  Do we all need to contact the CEO to get basic problems sorted out?

You could raise a complaint about the missing Data Top Up.
