Cable broadband installation
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am staying in Balwyn. I want to know how to get my cable broadband installed into my property in Balwyn. I checked on my neighbour who has cable broadband to his house.
At the moment, ADSL is only available to my property.
Please advise.
Thanks

Re: Cable broadband installation
Hi @Clementlo,
Welcome to Crowdsupport, as this is a public forum no one here would be able to help you get this arranged however that being said we can help guide you in the right direction.
If you feel your address should be able to get Cable but is not showing as such then you can actually request from Telstra to have that double checked. Particularly with subdivided addresses (such as when the address is like 1a or multiple units on an address) it can be that it hasn't been updated.
Your best bet is to call the sales team on 1800 709 957 during the hours of 8am-9pm AEST, and request a "Cable Commercial Quote", they should then be able to grab some details for you and they will raise a form on your behalf which will allow a specialist team to double check to see if they can connect it at your address and will then get back to you (usually takes a couple of weeks) to let you know if you are able to be connected and if there would be any additional installation fees.
