Cable Broadband not receiving Runaway Bay

Monday was an outage in nearby suburb and my services went off.  Appears my house still affected by cable coming in.  No broadband or foxtel (have on diff accounts, not both with Telstra).  Have unplugged and turned off all cables, undone co-axial, reset etc. 


Telstra next service 10th Feb, utterly insane, wonder if they would wait that long to install a new one to get $$.  So frustrating.  Anyone any ideas or know??????????  Please.
