Cable Broadband to NBN

I received an automated Phone call threatening to disconnect our internet in 24 hrs as we have not transferred to NBN. We have internet, landline & Foxtel. I tried calling back but no luck. What to do? I’m working from home & need internet and have a compromised immune system so cannot work elsewhere. I’m the only wage earner in my home.

That would have been a scam call. They do not give you a 24 hour warning and there are no disconnections happening at the moment due to the NBN 18 month switchover period (they suspended that given the current situation).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
