Cable Internet down in 5074?

Yup first thing i did.

No outages. Last time there was it was out for about 8 hours in multiple suburbs before they updated that page or the phone techs so I don't have any faith in that page.

Plus was on the phone for 2 hours.

Not doing that again unless i'm sure its only me first.
