Caller id

My mum who is nearly 90 years old and went on the NBN network through telstra has lost her caller id when calling her kids and we dont know its her as it comes up with private number.after several attemps on the 24/7 app to get this rectified it is still blocked who can help me out Telstra can't they dont know what their doing.

Hi - I had this happen when I migrated to Telstra NBN last year. I called Telstra from my home phone and the Call Centre Agent had to program the feature back in. After he finished programming, he asked me to power restart the modem whilst still talking to him and then I tested the service from my mobile phone and it worked.
