Can i cancelled my contract Internet is down more then it's working

So tired of my Internet not working. Had adsl it was poor but usable was forced onto nbn took 4months and 30 phone calls to get connected. I'm fiber to the node. Its constantly down I call it get the run around nothing gets done. My wifi constantly signs out android devices bith old n new. I'm at my wits end with paying $90 a month for a service that I maybe use $15 worth as. Please help!

Sorry to hear that your NBN service is not working as it should. 

 

To look at the cancellation of your contract, you would need to lodge a Complaint Lodging a complaint with Telstra so that a Case Manager can be assigned to investigate and assist you in coming up with a satisfactory resolution.
