I am not sure how it is now, but when I switched from Telstra Cable to NBN over a year ago, my Static IP stayed in place. I raised it as one of the specific items before signing up. I also took up the SpeedBoost option (to retain the previous 100 Mbps plan. I pay a small additional fee for those two things together, but paid extra for the Static IP anyway. They appear as an item on my bill.

 

You are right to question it now, before agreeing to a plan.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
