We had an NBN techie come last week. He spent literally 30 seconds in the house before advising we need a sparky to fix our line. Apparently we have a flat line, with no power. This has been resolved now but when we have rung Telstra to rebook, however they’ve advised that they now don’t have the capabilities to book a NBN technician due to COVID19. The call centre recorded message also says use the Telstra 24/7 app to resolve the issue but we’ve had no luck with that either. Can anyone advise us as to what we can do?
