can't removed the internet speed boost

I've added speed boost to my account a while ago (paying $20 extra to get the speed boost) and been decided to removed it. I've try at least 3 times by login to my telstra account and choose removed the speed boost, and every time I did get the message said my request will be proceed, but all ends up the speed boost stay there not removed (and have to pay the extra too). Try to contact customer service once (online chat) and the guy said he can't do it and it need to pass to another team, and the other team just didn't response to me.

 

Can someone from the support team please help, this is annoying that you do the right thing and it just didn't work as it should be.

Youll need to speak with cable billing on 13 22 00 to have it removed.

But I got the removed speed boost option when login to my telstra account and I know it was working last year. If that button/option is not going to work for the customer, the button/option should not be there, and nowhere on the page said I need to call certain number to get speed boost removed.

anyway, will give them a call tonight see how it goes

Guilty Spark gave you the solution. Please accept that software settings sometimes don't work.
