Cancel a move request urgently

I need to cancel a move request urgently. I put in an order to move my broadband internet (as I was moving house) but now I am not. There doesnt seem to be any way to do this online and I cant get through to Telstra on the phone Smiley Sad

 

I dont want my internet disconnected in a few days. And I dont want to pay an expensive technician visit because Telstra are not taking calls due to Covid-19. So frustrated. Need help!!

You will just need to keep trying on the phone. There is no other method of contact available.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

I'm trying to do the same thing.

I called last week & got cut off & the virtual assistant is useless.

 

Please tell me why this day & age they have a virtual assistant & not a real person like other companies.

Im not very happy with Telstra & once i move I will be changing providers.

 

Did you manage to get through to them?

Ive been on hold 40 mins already Smiley Sad
