I need to cancel a move request urgently. I put in an order to move my broadband internet (as I was moving house) but now I am not. There doesnt seem to be any way to do this online and I cant get through to Telstra on the phone
I dont want my internet disconnected in a few days. And I dont want to pay an expensive technician visit because Telstra are not taking calls due to Covid-19. So frustrated. Need help!!
