cancel nbn installation

I was contacted by tsa, who I thought was telstra !!, and the person basically conned me into a nbn broadband connection, I'm currently on adsl2 until june when I loose connection.

how do i cancel the installation order, there is NOWHERE on the telstra webpages or order page to cancel the order ...

I suppose I just have to tell the technician when he arrives to bugger off!!!

The only way to cancel is via 132200, with its long wait times.

 

TSA Group call on behalf of Telstra btw.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

I have filled in details and sent my through the link you provided.

Perhaps that might work, the call back from Telstra arranged for this morning at 9am never eventuated.

Any numbers you ring at the moment, TSA or Telstra give a feeble excuse about how the current events are impacting their call centres and you get disconnected.
