Cancel NBN move from broadband

I need to cancel this order but no-one is answering on livechat! I just got the email saying we would need to connect our phone to the modem. We are not able to do that!! We would have to move our phone socket & do not want to spend the extra money. How do I cancel the change order?

You need to send a message using the My Telstra app, or call 132200.

 

Note: if you don't migrate to the NBN, then once the cutoff date occurs in your area, your service will be disconnected and you won't have a phone or internet service. All NBN phone services (no matter which provider), except Fixed Wireless and satellite, are delivered through the modem.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

I have tried. That live chat thing is hopeless. We're knocking the house down so will get NBN in the new house.
