Cancel NBN Technician
I changed my NBN plan online (that's all I wanted to do) - now I have an NBN Technician booked to disconnect+reconnect my service. Surely this can't be right?
Now I cannot cancel the Technician Appointment...
Call Centre robot says this cannot be done over the phone.
Appointment Manager webpage on entering Order ID responds with "Sorry, we can't retrieve your appointment details"
My Telstra app does not run properly on my phone (iPhone 8).
1800 NBN number robot also says this issue cannot be dealt with over the phone.

It sounds like you have ordered a new service by mistake for that type of situation to occur.
If you can't use the My Telstra app (it should work on an iPhone 8), then try sending a message to the Telstra Facebook or Twitter accounts as they are being monitored.
