Cancel new broadband canection as no longer require it
Put an order in for nbn for an apartment last night but found out today we lost it so want to cancel the order before it goes thru but can't talk to anyone or cancel it online

You can't contact Telstra by phone anymore. (covid 19)
you have to use the my Telstra app.
see here to download.
once installed click on the get help button on the bottom of the screen.
then scroll down to message us, to msg a Telstra agent.
So the advice I give is my own, In my own time, Guided by my own experience/knowledge.
Which I am always happy to be corrected on.
