Cancel Telstra NBN Order

Without having to call the Telstra number of which I have been on hold for an hour. Without having to go the Telstra Shop in George St Sydney and be told the wait time is an hour and a half. How can I cancel my recent NBN order????? Telstra, if you think you this is good service, you shouldn't be in business at all.

Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot doesn't understand the question then type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It will take a few hours to receive an initial response, and you will receive a notification on your mobile when someone responds. 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Yes, I have messaged with no response. I messaged a few days ago and no response.

If you haven't received a response, lodge it as a formal complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
