Hi,
my Unlimited Home Broadband contract ends on 12th February and I do not want to continue the contract. How do I notify Telstra that I want to end the contract on that day?

On that day, send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot doesn't understand, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get a response.
