Cancelling NBN order during covid-19

I have been trying to postpone an NBN connection due to take place on Friday May 29. When I called I was directed to use the app's chat help. They told me to contact NBN co. NBN co said they weren't able to help, just tell the message service I want to cancel. Message service gives me the phone number that I initially tried calling.  How do I cancel this order?
