Cancelling order

I have created an online order for home broadband, however I would like to cancel this request. I have searched the email confirmation and also website and can not find how I can do this before getting charged anything.

Send a message via the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen).


Otherwise, send a message to the Telstra Twitter account.


Either way, someone will get back in touch within a few hours/couple of days.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
