Cancelling order

Hi All, 

I placed an order over a week ago for an NBN plan but have had a change of mind and no longer wish to use Telstra, and since I can’t get on to a person from customer service I thought I’d give this a shot. 

I haven’t received any info about my order, it hasn’t been shipped or anything. If I were to cancel my order now, what fees would I be looking at paying? 

Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to contact Telstra directly either by calling 132200 or by sending a message using the My Telstra app (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen).

 

If you don't have access to a mobile that can use the My Telstra app, send a message to the Telstra Facebook or Twitter account as they are being monitored.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
