Cannot track order for NBN

I have placed an order for NBN last night (02/11/2020) which was the last day for $90 NBN offers a $10 discount.

I received a confirmation email with an order reference number NA51669186, but no text message.

Today I cannot see the order in my account and cannot track my order with the above number.

Is there any way that I can confirm if my order was placed and received by Telstra?
