Just installed a new modem CG3100DA. One desktop works with ethernet connection and another desktop works with WNA3100 wireless adapter. Laptop and ipad are unable to connect with the security key - error message being unable to connect to BigPond. They were fine before the swap and had no issue connecting to any wireless network. Is there any installation trick with the CG3100DA to allow other wireless devices to connect?

It is very hard to see what is causing the problem, obviously it has to be in the modem, i would suggest looking at the settings, a setup for netgear wireless can be found in the following link:
