Change back to cable

We moved from cable to nbn about 4 months ago and have basically had very limited internet and 99% of the time no home phone. Cable worked 100% of the time - no issues at all. How do I change back to cable??? I have children that need the internet for homework 😔

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Change back to cable

Hello unless there are extraordinary circumstances that your NBN service cannot be repaired and previous cabling is stil in place.....highly improbable .....you will need to work with Telstra and NBN to get your new service working satisfactorily.
IF you are a medical priority customer with a life threatening illness...be sure to clearly emphasise this.
Goid luck
