Changed to New Telstra plan for parental control ,but cannot access
Hi all, within Telstra is the term broadband used interchangeably with Nbn? I changed providers this week from Aussie to Telstra to access their parental controls but I’m unable to find or add on to my account to access them. Is their some type of waiting time before my account is active at this level? I have and have connected my new 4g smart modem and our internet is working- activated since the 6th of October.
i have previously used orbi’s circle app ,but it was confusing and some how my kids worked it out

Re: Changed to New Telstra plan for parental control ,but cannot access
Telstra no longer provides free online parental controls with it broadband services. There are time and site blocking parental controls in the Smart modem. You can access these controls by logging into the modem (https://192.168.0.1, password is Telstra and if you have the Arcadyan modem (LH1000) go to Parental Control. If you have the Technicolor modem go to Parental control of time of day controls and to Advanced > Parental control for site blocking.
