Changing Plan

I'm on 5GB Elite plan @ $59.95 pm and finding it too dear, and perhaps not enough GB. Looking at changing plan but everything on telstra points me to bundling and 2 yrs contract. I already have (for years) two internet accounts, two mobile services and home phone. Has telstra changed the idea of upgrading during billing periods like they used to have? Not keen on bundling something I already have.?? Any ideas?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Changing Plan

Hi halldtj,

Thanks for your post & Welcome to Crowd Support!

You do have the option of upgrading to one of the standalone plans as per http://www.telstra.com.au/internet/home-broadband-bigpond-elite-plans/ assuming you are currently out of contract or you have the option of going onto one of our new bundles on a new 2 year contract.

If you'd like to discuss this further you can contact Live chat here http://tel.st/iWZsx

Thanks, Esther
