Charged for Accessing Bigpond Movie site???
Hello folks...
I'm a cable broadband customer.
I accessed Telstra's bigpond movie site (suppossed to be unmetered content) this afternoon (as part of the free movies on Thursday).
For some reason, this chewed up over 11Gb of my 25Gb broadband monthly allowance - with the download only ceasing after I shutdown my browser (the only tab connected was the Bigpond Movie site).
Any advice on where to with this?

This is definitely unmetered content and should appear on your usage meter as such. Usage does take up to 8 -10 hours to appear on the usage meter which means you would not see the usage live.
