Close account again

On 31/7/20 I gave up on Telstra zero help setting up my nbn.

I then asked to close all accounts.

A day later a human called me to ask me to stay, I said no I have already joined another company who set everything up for me and close my internet and home phone accounts. 
I was told this will be done.

i am continuing to get bills from this pathetic company.

please help how do I rid my life from this horrible company

I know exactly what you are going through, our company have been trying to get onto Telstra Small business to upgrade from ADSL2 to NBN for the last 4 weeks, cannot talk to anybody, but they can chat, but it gets to a point and you just don't hear from them again, we are going to call Nexgen, Telstra, a communications company fails to communicate, absolutely disgusted.
