Closed account few months ago, and it started charging me again.

I closed my internet account few months ago, everything seemed fine after that.

But all of the sudden I received an email ask me to pay for the internet fee and also said I haven't paid for it for a few months.

That's ridiculous.

Robot can't solve this, and nobody answers 132200.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
