Complaint

I have filed a complaint with telstra and what a load of crap you have to put into the form.  By the way, if you are going to submit a complaint, when it comes to your birth date it is U.S. yyyy mm dd not the way we do it.

So I suppose I will have to sit and have this problem fixed within the next 3 weeks or so.

First class service and the excuse of the beer virus is being used.  Karen, you and your mates have a heap to answer for.

Have a great safe day Peeps.

Re: Complaint

The date format yyyy mm dd is the International Standard format (ISO 8601), which is waht should be used as it works better with computers.

The American format is mm dd yyyy

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Re: Complaint

Excuse me for being wrong as I write it dd/mm/yyyy.
