Completion time of upgrade

So apparently my exchange is being upgraded in November I found this out through the monthly report via telstra wholesale. Is there anyway i can find out exactly when it finishes so I can access adsl2+ right away or do I have to wait until the next monthly report to find out if it was completed or not. Cheers

There is no way for us to check out the status of these upgrades from our end so it would be best to monitor the reports.
