Connect 3G phone with Telstra Smart Modem

Answered

Hi There,

I've just connected to Telstra NBN using the Telstra Smart Modem. The modem offers dual band (2.4GHz & 5.0 GHz). I can connect my apple devices to the wifi network, both 2.4G & 5G but my mother has a Microsoft Lumia 540 phone (2G/3G phone) and she is unable to connect to the Wifi? Any suggestions as to how can I connect my mother's phone to the wifi network?
