Connecting a TP-Link AX11000 to the Telstra TGTechnicolor TG799vac (FTTN)
Hi,
I am trying to set up the TP-Link AX11000 router onto the the Telstra Supplied, TG799vac.
But I am not getting internet connections.
I am following the instructions supplied. Cable from WAN port on Modem, to WAN port on Router.
Is there anything I have to change on the Modem for this to work?
Solid RED light on the top of the router - which means no internet
no light on the WAN port on the router
slow flashing light on the WAN port on the modem
Was this helpful?
- Yes it was, thank you
- No, I still need help
Thank you for your feedback
