connection problems with projector

Hi

I'm having a problem connecting my projector with my WiFi

the connection status of the projector shows "saved" but it is actually not connected, but my projector can be connected to my personal hotspot. other devices such as my phone and computer can be connected to WiFi.

I've restarted both the WiFi and the projector a lot of time, but the Projector still can't be connected.

Hi - if the projector has a 2.4Ghz WiFi adapter, is your modem's WiFi Broadcast SSID name common for both 2.4Ghz and 5 Ghz bands. If so log into modem's 2.4Ghz page and deselect Band Steering and PMF and SAVE. The modem then should then broadcast separate SSIDs for each band and hopefully the projector may connect to the 2.4GHz band.

You could run a WiFi scanner on your laptop to see if the modem does emit a 2.4Ghz signal.  Using such a scanner app is discussed in the thread here
