I am trying to connect a battery camera to wifi it only allows 2.4 what’s mine

The modem has bothe 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi. You can separate the two bands by disabling band steering in the modem's 2.4 GHz WiFi settings (http://192.168.0.1, password is Telstra). Disabling band steering adds -5G to the name of the 5GHz WiFi.

 

If you still can't connect camera you could try disabling Protected Management Frames (WiFi PMF) in the modem's advanced WiFi settings.
