Contacting a manager

Would anyone how to contact a manager using T's new online [app based] comms channel? I've been without nbn (or sub 2mbps) for 3 days now, and am stuck in a sysyphian nightmare of trying to get it resolved. Each time I request an update, I get a new 'case officer' who has to backtrack the issue only to arrive at the same conclusion...none. I keep asking for a manager but they don't even answer the question! Is there any means possible to talk to someone? Can I reach a local manager...the new online chats seem a convenient means for these guys to avoid perso-to-person conversations!
