How on earth do you get in touch with Telstra if you don't want to download thier ap? They want to upgrade my nbn, at a cost of $21 extra per month but they can't even give me the speeds I'm supposed to be getting already! Nobody answers the phone, There is NO email contact. They ignore the online support forms and thier robots are useless! Telstra's customer service is zero and if I can't get to speak with anyone, I'll walk!
